Security
Ordering from notfromabox.com is safe and secure. Our Order Forms reside on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and are stored in a secure environment.

Notfromabox.com only secures the pages that ask for your credit card number. Some of our forms do not require you to send a credit card number, so those forms do not reside on a secure server. If you are ever concerned about the security of a page, simply look down at the bottom of your web browser. If you see a little closed padlock, you are on a secure page.

Privacy
Notfromabox.com respects your privacy. We never sell, rent or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Occassionally, we may send you an email about an upcoming event or product promotion. If you do not wish to receive this correspondence from us, you can opt out immediately by replying to the email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line or message body.

Proofs and Edits
Because each item of your order is unique to your specifications, font sizes and final layouts maybe vary from the sample that you may have originally received. Proofs are a very important part of the process, therefore, we ask that you very carefully check all aspects of the design.

We understand that edits are a necessary process, so we do allow two rounds of edits at no cost. If additional changes are needed beyond the second proof, you will be charged $15.00 per round of proofs for any subsequent edits. These charges will be billed to the credit card we have on file. You will be notified the final amount before your card is charged.

Errors and Omissions
When you receive a proof of your product, you are required to look over each proof very carefully for any spelling errors, grammatical errors, or omissions. The customer is ultimately responsible for reviewing and proofreading overall spelling, including the spelling of names (people and places), dates, places and grammar to make sure absolutely everything is correct. If an error is found after the order has been printed, the customer is responsible for all reprinting, shipping, and rush fees.

Returns
Because your order has been customized specifically for you, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Additionally, once your order has been placed and paid for in full, we can not cancel your order --or any part of it-- for any reason.

Before submitting your order form, we ask that you carefully review our terms and conditions. Summarily, we also ask that you thoroughly review your order form before moving on to the payment process.

We will permit you to add to your initial order before your order goes to print, however, we will not reduce the number of products at any time. Also, see "Changing Quantities" below.

Changing Quantities
All too often, customers have last minute additions to their mailing/guest list, so we strongly encourage ordering at least 10% more (example: if you have 100 households on your guest list, you should order 110 invitations/cards). Doing this will be less expensive than placing a second order, because all of our products have minimum quantity orders ranging from 20 to 70 invitations.

Order Problems
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We will reprint any order when there has been a mistake on our part and you contact us within 5 days from the date the product was received. We do not accept returns for any other reason. See Errors and Ommissions above for additional information.

Paying for your Order
We accept Visa and Mastercard via a Secure Shopping Cart on our web site. Full payment is required in order for production to begin on your order. You will not receive a proof of your order until full payment has been received.

Order Cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once processing has begun no request for cancellation can be accepted.
